Bendigo Brewing Pty Ltd (ABN 68 633 963 667) is committed to great beer, great food, and great service — both online and in-venue.
This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law for both online orders and purchases made at our brewpub.
Online Orders
We take care in packing and shipping your orders, but if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to help.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or store credit if:
Your items arrive damaged or faulty
The product is significantly different from what was described
Your order is incorrect (wrong items received)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Email: hello@bendigobrewing.com.au
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect address details provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers once dispatched
Note: Due to alcohol laws, we cannot accept returns of alcohol unless damaged or faulty.
In-venue Purchases
If there’s a problem with your food, drink or experience while you’re visiting us at the brewery, please let one of our team members know straight away. We want to make it right on the spot wherever possible.
We may offer a refund, replacement or alternative if:
There was an error with your order
Something wasn’t quite right with your visit
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after consumption
Individual preferences that don’t align with the nature of the product (e.g. flavour profiles)
Event Tickets
Tickets for Bendigo Brewing events may be refundable or transferable depending on the event terms. Please check the specific event details or contact us directly for assistance.
